mesa-utils-extra software package provides Miscellaneous Mesa utilies (opengles, egl), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mesa-utils-extra
mesa-utils-extra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mesa-utils-extra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mesa-utils-extra *
You will get with mesa-utils-extra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
